Free Consultation & Site Walk
We meet you at the project site to take measurements, discuss your goals, and identify any constraints — underground utilities, slopes, access points, gates, and HOA requirements. You'll choose your product style, color, and height. No engineers or architects to hire — we handle it all.
Design, Engineering & Approval
Our team creates detailed engineered drawings based on your site measurements and product selection. You'll receive drawings for review and approval, along with a fixed-price proposal. Once you sign the agreement and submit a deposit, production begins.
Factory Manufacturing
Every panel is poured and cured in our climate-controlled Pomona, CA factory. Steel rebar is placed inside each mold before the pour. A qualified technician inspects every panel before it's approved for delivery. Factory conditions eliminate the cracking, discoloration, and weather delays that plague site-poured concrete.
Footing Installation
While your panels cure at the factory, our crew mobilizes to your site to install the foundation. An auger drills post holes along the fence line, and concrete footings are poured to anchor the steel-reinforced posts. This happens before your panels arrive so there's zero downtime.
Panel Delivery & Installation
Finished panels are transported from our factory to your site. Our crane crew lifts each panel into position, sliding it between the pre-set posts. Concrete caps are placed over the post openings for a clean, finished look. A typical 200 LF residential wall is installed in 1–3 days.
Final Inspection & Handoff
We walk the completed wall with you to verify alignment, finish quality, and gate operation. Any touch-ups are handled on the spot. You receive warranty documentation and care instructions — though with precast concrete, there's virtually nothing to maintain.
